The GL class is based on the M
class but with a longer wheelbase to accommodate 7 seats and
their passengers in comfort.
The original GL was never a
good-looking car, but there have been improvements with the latest
one. However I am sure the price will be sky-high and Mercedes
aims to target wealthy suburban families with private school kids and
their iPad wielding homies.
