2013 GMC Terrain Denali Prices Revealed

GMC’s weird but kinda loveable Terrain Denali gets its price tags today, ahead of its market launch in the third quarter of this year. This Denali starts at $35,350, including an $825 destination charge, for the 2.4 liter four-cylinder front-wheel drive version. Check the box for the optional all-wheel drive and the price rises to $37,100, while a V6 engine will add an extra $1,500.

You are going to get the four-wheel driver version, because it’s a SUV after all. And it’s lame to get an SUV that’s front-wheel drive. And you do want to get the V6 as well, because it makes 301 horsepower, and it includes an upgrade from 18- to 19-inch chrome-clad wheels. So the Denali you actually want will start at $38,600, which is still not bad. This GMC might not be the best in its segment, but it looks and feels, and is, unique.

The car also comes with an awful lot of safety features. The list includes forward collision alert and lane departure warning, as well as Denali-exclusive side blind zone and rear cross traffic alert.

As for the convenience and luxury features, you get stuff like an eight-way power front passenger seat and the added comfort of dual-flow dampers for the front suspension. Other standard technology and convenience features include Intellilink, GMC’s voice-controlled infotainment system with Bluetooth smartphone integration and apps like Pandora and Stitcher Smart Radio, a programmable power lift gate, and Homelink integrated garage door opener controls.
