The Renault Group's low-cost Dacia brand used this week's 2012 Casablanca
Motor Show in Morocco to unveil yet another new model called the Dokker, which
will be offered in five-seater passenger minivan and commercial van variants.
Regardless of its use, the Dokker can be ordered with either one or two
sliding side doors.
Dacia is keeping most details about the new van under wraps for now, but
buyers should expect a selection of four-cylinder diesels and possibly a small
displacement petrol engine borrowed from the Romanian brand's lineup.
Both the Dokker and Dokker Van are made in Renault's Moroccan plant in
Tangiers and will go on sale initially in Morocco by the end of June with select
European markets to follow shortly after.
