The German Ingolstadt has unveiled the facelift of its average SUV was
realized: the Audi Q5 MY 2013 restyling. At first glance, only a true fan of the
brand or a careful eye can catch all the news, which in truth are not numerous
nor very invasive. In the front portion of the car will no doubt point out the
unusual clusters with a different internal design and new LED daytime running

The
renewed aesthetic stand out as the latest updates to both light shields bumper,
revised taillights in interior design and as always with LED lighting, the
different forms of chrome tailpipes and a new range of alloy wheels. Marginal
and well targeted are also the news that once on board the new Audi Q5: first of
all we notice a new steering wheel and new moldings, metal or wood. The door
panels have been revised slightly with new fabric or leather.
From the point of view of the budget has it all: the already endless list of
optional pay-for example, has been integrated with the new multimedia system MMI
with 7 inch screen and equipped with DVD player, satellite navigation, Bluetooth
hands free and wireless internet . Furthermore, it is now standard on all
versions the system that detects the fatigue of the driver based on a whole
range of parameters.
The mechanical
But not just about aesthetics or technological: the Audi takes the
opportunity to update the MY 2013 also on the front of the car mechanic. The
range is composed as always a wide choice of petrol or diesel engines with power
ranging between 143 and 272 hp, all you have Stop & Start system as
standard. The range of diesel engines, which usually relies on the 2.0 TDI with
143 PS of maximum power and 320 Nm of torque, available with the steps of power
from 177 hp and 380 Nm of torque: less powerful version is credited with a
claimed average fuel consumption from the house of 18.8 km / l (139 g / km CO2),
the most powerful version, however, is 16.6 km with a liter of diesel. For those
who do not want to sacrifice performance is the 3.0 V6 TDI that develops 245 hp
and 580 Nm well of torque.
The station, however, are a well-renovated 2.0 TFSI 225 hp and 350 Nm of
torque, credited with a consumption of 13.1 km / l, and a 3.0 TFSI with
six-cylinder supercharged V and capable of delivering 272 horsepower power and
400 Nm of torque, the latter with an average reported 11.7 km / l. As always,
the customer can choose to have only front wheel drive or the drive (it
distributes power to the rear axle, 60%), while on the front of the transmission
range is very complete, ranging from the traditional six-speed manual up
excellent for 8-speed Tiptronic, going through the S-Tronic sequential
automatic.
As it was for the Audi A4 facelift, Audi Q5 MY 2013 also debuts the new
electromechanical steering, more accurate and can even reduce the consumption of
0.2 liters per 100 km. The structure was finally revised to ensure greater
