BMW has officially announced their plans to introduce BMW M6 MotoGP Safety
Car at the Nurburgring 24 Hour race which will be led by the M Corso parade. BMW
does not officially released the details of this car, but a glimpse of the BMW
M6 MotoGP Safety Car has a front splitter, a gloss black grille and a prominent
rear wing. There is also a light bar and BMW M livery.
Still not too clear of the machine that wrapped it, but under the hood of the
BMW M6 MotoGP Safety Car for the standard version is supported by a twin-turbo
4.4-liter V8 engine that can generate power output of 552 HP and 502 lb-ft of
torque. The engine is mated to a seven-speed M Double Clutch Transmission that
allows the car can accelerate from 0-100 km / h with a time of 4.2 seconds and
reaches a highest possible speed of 250 km / h (155 mph).
